Year one of CoolTech Central
is on us.
You pay once for the equipment that goes on each unit. Everything CoolTech Central does — the console, the alerting, the reports, unlimited users, the support — is included for your first twelve months. After that it is a per-unit monthly rate, and you will know it before you buy anything.
The structure
Two lines, and one of them is zero
Equipment — one-time, per unit
Paid up frontCovers the equipment that goes on the refrigeration unit and its installation configuration. Paid once, per unit you bring under control. A monitoring-only deployment costs less than a full control deployment.
CoolTech Central — first 12 months
IncludedNot a trial, not a stripped-down tier, not a countdown in the corner of the screen. The whole console, every alert rule, every report, every user — for a full year, at no monthly cost.
CoolTech Central — year two onward
A per-unit monthly rate, quoted in writing before you buy anything, so the number is never a surprise twelve months later. Rates step down as unit count rises — a twelve-store estate does not pay a single-restaurant rate. Paused units are not billed.

Getting a number
Tell us the unit count. Get both numbers.
What the equipment costs today, and what CoolTech Central will cost when the free year ends. Both in writing, before you commit to anything. We do not publish a table because the honest answer depends on how many units you run, how many sites they sit across, and whether you want control or monitoring only — but that conversation takes about ten minutes.
- Nothing monthly in year one
- The free year is the whole product, not a limited tier that nags you to upgrade.
- No minimum term
- Pause a unit for a seasonal closure and reinstate it later with its history intact.
- No per-user fee
- Add every manager, every technician, every owner. Users are not the product.
- No charge for alerts
- Alerting is the reason the system exists. Metering it would be absurd.
- Contractor terms
- Reselling to your own clients? Per-customer billable counts export for invoicing.
Why we do this
A demo cannot tell you whether to trust an alert
Only a year can. So we would rather carry that year than ask you to pay monthly for something that has not yet proven anything to you.
You need a real incident, not a screenshot
A compressor that gives up on a Friday night. A defrost that runs long in August. Nothing on a sales call tells you how the system behaves at 2am — a year of your own equipment does.
You need a real inspection
The first time the HACCP log actually matters is when somebody official asks for it. Twelve months covers that, and covers whatever your insurer or your corporate QA team asks for too.
It puts the risk on our side of the table
If CoolTech has not earned its keep by month twelve, you have paid for equipment and nothing else. We think that is the right way round — we are the ones making the claim.
Pricing questions
How much does CoolTech cost?
There are two costs, and the first year of one of them is free. You pay once per unit for the equipment that goes on the refrigeration unit. CoolTech Central — the console, alerting, reporting, unlimited users and support — is then included at no monthly cost for your first twelve months, after which it is a per-unit monthly rate. Exact figures depend on how many units you run, how many locations they sit across, and whether you want remote control or monitoring only. Call CoolTech at +1 (660) 229-5700 or email cooltech.us.llc@gmail.com and you will get both numbers in writing before you commit to anything.
Is the first year really free, or is it a limited trial?
It is the whole product for a full year. Not a stripped-down tier, not a feature-limited trial, and not a thirty-day countdown: every alert rule, every report, every user and full support are included for the first twelve months at no monthly cost. You still pay once up front for the equipment on each unit. CoolTech carries the first year because a demo cannot tell you whether an alerting system is trustworthy — only a year of your own equipment can.
What happens after the first year?
CoolTech Central moves to a per-unit monthly rate. That rate is quoted in writing before you buy anything, so it is never a surprise twelve months later, and it steps down as unit count rises — a twelve-store estate does not pay a single-restaurant rate. Nothing stops working on its own, and if you choose not to continue you keep the equipment and can export your temperature history to CSV.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
There is no long minimum term. Units can be paused when a site closes for a season and reinstated later without losing their history, and paused units are not billed.
Who do I talk to when something goes wrong?
The people who build and support the platform, directly. CoolTech is run by Cooltech, LLC out of Warrensburg, Missouri, and serves customers across the United States and Canada. Support reaches a person on +1 (660) 229-5700 or cooltech.us.llc@gmail.com — there is no call centre in between.
Can a refrigeration contractor use CoolTech across all their clients?
Yes, and it is built for exactly that. Customers are fully separated, so a service company can run every client from one login without any client seeing another's equipment. Per-customer billable unit counts export for invoicing, and staff can be scoped to only the customers they actually service.
Start the free year.
Unit count, site count, control or monitoring only. Ten minutes on the phone and you have both numbers — what the equipment costs, and what Central costs once the year is up.
Talk to the people who build it. No call centre, no gatekeeping.
